We will not ship and deliver products on weekends and public holidays.
8 - Exchange Policy
Replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, or missing or wrong products delivered. Moreover, exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.
To ensure a smooth exchange process, customers are advised to record a video while unboxing the product as proof of any damage or discrepancy.

9 - Refund & Cancellation Policy
Ideal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Ideal, at its sole discretion, may cancel any order(s):
- If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction that is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
- For any reason outside the control of the Ideal, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties.
Refund/cancellation policies are applicable in the following conditions:
- In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded.
- In case, the item ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the order can still be canceled online. The total order amount after the deduction of shipment and handling charges will be refunded. The refund will be processed once NDR receives the originally ordered item back intact from the courier.
